California Association for the Gifted has many resources, such as legislative updates, adn position papers and information about upcoming conferences. It has information about professional groups and activities in your particular region of California.  www.cagifted.org

Hoagies gifted has a wealth of information and resources for teachers, parents and students. It literally has hundreds of articles and links. My personal favorite is the kids section, links.  It takes them to books, games, optical illusions, science links, homework help and competitions. www.hoagiesgifted.org/​

Want to translate any website into Chinese? Spanish? Vietnamese? Korean? Go to the Google home page and look to the left where it says image, next to that is maps, go further right and choose "more", go to the bottom of that list that says "even more". Look under the heading "Communicate..." and choose "Translate". Copy and paste in the URL (web address) that you want translated. Choose the language "from" and "to" that you want and hit translate. That website should momentarily appear in that langauge...simply amazing!
